DenturesWhen you lose teeth, Dr. Ebrahimian may suggest state-of-the-art dentures or partials. Not only will a full smile look better, but it will also improve your health, oral function, and self-confidence. Facial muscles sag without the support of your teeth, and you may restrict social and personal interactions because you feel embarrassed. Today's state-of-the-art dentures and partials are usually constructed from an acrylic resin base and porcelain teeth that look natural. Depending on the number of teeth you have lost, you will need either a full set of dentures or a partial. Complete dentures will substitute for your entire row of teeth on your upper or lower arch, and partial dentures will take the place of a few missing teeth on the upper or lower arch. Dentures can be secured by natural suction or denture adhesive. Partials are held in place with clasps that attach to surrounding teeth. Either of these prosthetics can be anchored to dental implants for optimal stability and esthetics. Nature gives you one smile. We'll make sure it lasts. Call our dental office and make your denture appointment with Dr. Ebrahimian. We welcome residents from Fort Bend and the surrounding areas to our Sugar Land practice.
